We will ship your order within 5 business days (excluding holidays -- sooner if we can) once your payment has been approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of your order. If our shop is closed it will be noted on our website and social media, and if there is a delay we will contact you.
Yes! Orders over $75 (pre-tax) automatically ship for free within the United States, and occasionally we will run promotions for free shipping on our social media.
Yes! Please allow up to 30 business days for international deliveries. We cannot predict or control the customs charges for international shipments and are not responsible for additional duties or customs charges by the destination country.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect shipping address. We can only process a refund or replacement if the order is returned back to us. You will be responsible for additional shipping fees for the replacement shipment.
You may only cancel your order via e-mail up until the time that your order has been shipped. To cancel your order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number in the subject header. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel it.
Upon receipt of an order with damaged or missing goods or if the package has been opened, you must register all reservations and complaints with the carrier or refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened or damaged. If discovered later, then you must notify Dehiya Beauty within 24 hours from the time and date of delivery of the non-conforming order. You should report the incident to us by emailing email@example.com. After expiration of said 24 hour period, you will have conclusively deemed to have accepted the product and are satisfied with its condition and quality.
