100% payment is due at the time the order is placed.
Invoices will be sent through Stripe. Acceptable forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Cash. If you need an alternate payment option, please e-mail us at email@example.com. We do not offer terms.
In an effort to promote fair competition across all retail outlets, we have a Minimum Advertising Pricing (MAP) policy. All Dehiya Beauty products must have an advertised price of at least 100% markup from wholesale. Dehiya Beauty reserves the right to refuse orders prospectively from Buyers who do not adhere to this policy.
Our current lead time for wholesale orders is 10 business days, unless notified. If we can process your order sooner, we will let you know. Any orders requested before this time are subject to expediting fees.
One tester per SKU can be purchased at cost. Testers are labeled ‘Tester’ & not for re-sale.
All orders are F.O.B. from our studio in Chula Vista, CA 91910. Shipping method is USPS or UPS unless specified. Please allow up to 10 days for shipping. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. If you would like expedited shipping, please notify us when you place your order. If you would like to use your shipping account, please provide all necessary account information.
No returns will be accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Goods-
If there are any problems, shortages or breakage in your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after photos taken of the damaged merchandise are submitted to Dehiya Beauty for review. These photos must be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through USPS/UPS tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, monetary refund will not be given.
