Shipping + Returns
DEHIYA products are meticulously and thoughtfully packaged for careful shipping. We use recycled and recyclable packing materials.
Processing Time: 7-10 business days (faster if we're able)
Standard Shipping: USPS $8
Expedited Shipping: UPS (order is moved to the front of the expedited queue for fulfilling) $12 (price may increase with weight of order)
Please Note: Ship time does not include processing.
Shipment times can be up to a month with USPS. During holiday/sales events, please allow additional time. If you ordered something on pre-order, please be aware of the estimated delivery times during purchase. If you need something by a specific date, we strongly encourage you to pay for expedited shipping.
We do ship internationally. Shipping will calculate during checkout based on weight of product(s). We recommend using DHL because you can track your package along the way, but it is your choice depending on what you'd like to pay for shipping. We cannot predict or control the customs charges for international shipments and are not responsible for additional duties or customs charges by the destination country. *International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
All of our products are created in micro batches and hand labeled with love.
USPS Tracking:
Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have seen delayed scan times with USPS. Once you receive a tracking number, that means we have physically dropped it off at USPS within 1-2 business days of your shipment confirmation unless otherwise notified. We encourage you to allow up to a week for tracking to populate. We strongly encourage all clients to check their tracking number frequently.
Delivered Packages:
We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" that were not physically received by the customer. We encourage all customers to track their package frequently to anticipate receiving the delivery and avoid lost/stolen packages, or make other arrangements for it to be picked up. If USPS shows your package as being delivered and you haven't received it, we encourage you to contact your local USPS office immediately to see if they can track your package down.
Returns/Cancellations:
Due to the handmade nature of these products we don’t accept returns – unless damaged or defective upon arrival. In this case, we will replace your product in a timely manner at no cost to you. If a product arrives damaged/defective, take a picture of it immediately upon arrival and e-mail it to hi@dehiyabeauty.com. If a product has a defective pump/spray nozzle, we will be happy to send you a replacement part.
Any product discrepancies should be emailed to hi@dehiyabeauty.com within 72 hours of delivery.
It is, however, very important to us that you are pleased with your experience and thrilled with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your items upon receiving them, please email us at hi@dehiyabeauty.com and we will be more than happy to help.
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours after time of purchase by emailing us at hi@dehiyabeauty.com (please include your name and order number). After 48 hours, you cannot cancel your order to receive a refund. If you have received your shipping notification, you may not cancel your order as the order has physically shipped already.
If we determine an order needs to be resent, it is at our discretion to require a signature delivery confirmation.

When you place an order through our site we often send samples, so be sure to let us know if you have your eye on something you’d like to try out.
Product Life:
Dehiya products are made with natural, unrefined ingredients which are without synthetic preservatives and almost always organic and/or wild-harvested. Because of this our items are meant for regular use and should be consumed within 6 – 12 months once opened. Questions? Please contact us!
